About this experience
This experience takes you on a guided tour of a butterfly garden or exhibit. You’ll observe a variety of butterfly species up close and learn about their life cycle, behavior, and role in the ecosystem. You may also have the opportunity to feed them or hold them on your finger.
Providing
- The host will provide:
- Paint
- Brushes
- Ladders and scaffolding
- Examples of finished murals for inspiration
- A local muralist to guide the class
- Bring with you:
- Comfortable clothing that can get paint on it
- An open mind and willingness to experiment
- A desire to learn and create
- Any personal painting tools they prefer to use
- An appreciation for large-scale art
